Yes, but through the AI automation layer rather than as native modules. MCP, n8n and Make.com push applicant, payment and result data into systems like SAP, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Tally or your SIS. That distinction matters: gateways, exams, email, storage and sign-in are built in, while ERP/CRM/SIS connectivity is delivered by those workflow tools and configured per institute.
Do we need middleware to go live?
No. The native integrations are enough to run a full admission cycle — collect applications, take payment, verify documents, send email and run exams — without any connector platform in between. The automation layer is an optional add-on you add when you want data flowing onward into your own systems automatically.
Which payment gateways are supported?
Razorpay and CCAvenue, both native. You add your own gateway credentials and start collecting; there is no reseller account in the middle. Payments feed straight into the engine's receipts and reconciliation, so the transaction record and the application record stay in step.
How does the exam integration work?
Eklavvya is a native integration for online exams. Once a candidate's fee is captured, they launch the exam from the same portal by SSO, with no second login. Results then flow back into the applicant record, and can be pushed onward to your student system through the optional automation layer.
