Add the AI Counseling Suite for applicant questions.

Applicants ask the same things — eligibility, category fee, last date. WhatsApp, chat and email agents answer instantly and rescue stalled forms, so staff handle only the exceptions. See the Suite →

Category-wise fees, early-bird slabs and hall tickets are configurable per course. The AI Counseling Suite (WhatsApp / chat / voice / email agents + DocuExprt verification) is an optional add-on — not required to run admissions.

FAQ

Questions college admission cells ask.

Which admission software is best for colleges?

The best fit is software that prices each category correctly, takes payment and tracks every applicant in one console — not a form that ends at submit. ePravesh runs the form builder, category-wise fees, Razorpay or CCAvenue payments, auto-reconciled receipts and Excel exports natively, with no plugins to bolt on. Parallel UG and PG cycles run side by side, each with its own rules.

How is this different from using Google Forms for admissions?

Google Forms captures answers; it cannot price them. There is no category-wise or early-bird fee logic, payments are collected off-platform and matched by hand, and you get no receipts, hall tickets or applicant status — plus documents scattered across email and Drive. ePravesh gives you paid, server-validated applicants in one console instead of a spreadsheet to clean up.

Can we charge different fees for General, OBC, SC and ST applicants?

Yes. Per-category fees are built into the engine, alongside early-bird slabs that switch to standard rates automatically once the window closes. The applicant sees the correct total for their category on payment day without your staff calculating anything. Category-wise fees and early-bird slabs are configurable per course.

How do payments and receipts work?

Applicants pay through Razorpay or CCAvenue, and the engine issues a numbered receipt that is auto-reconciled to the right application. There is no manual matching of bank statements to applicants, and every document a candidate uploads stays attached to their record. You can filter by course, category and payment status, then export to Excel for university returns.

Can we run UG and PG admissions at the same time?

Yes. Multiple intakes, courses and affiliated colleges run in parallel, each with its own form, fee structure and timelines. Cloning last year's form takes minutes, so a new cycle does not start from a blank page. The applicant console spans all of them, so you review everything in one place.

Do we need the AI Counseling Suite to run admissions?

No. The admission engine is native and complete on its own — forms, fees, payments, receipts, hall tickets and the applicant console all work without it. The AI Counseling Suite is an optional add-on enabled per institute; WhatsApp, chat and email agents answer the repeat questions about eligibility, category fee and last date, and rescue stalled forms so staff handle only the exceptions.

Give this year's intake a real admission portal.

We'll set up a live form, fees and payment for one course — and show the AI Suite fielding queries.
