Swapnil Dharmadhikari
Founder & CTO
Swapnil has around 18 years of experience in the design, development and management of large-scale IT projects. Before establishing Splashgain, he worked at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Geometric Software. His expertise spans software prototyping, scalable web architecture, cloud computing and information security, and he believes scalability, efficiency and sustainability must always be key for a business.
Education: MBA from the S. P. Jain Center of Management, Singapore, and a Computer Engineering graduate from Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT), Pune University.
Samir Kamat
Co-founder, MD & CEO
Samir brings over 27 years of experience across product engineering, software quality assurance and testing, large-scale program management, delivery-centre operations, pre-sales and sales. He has a proven background in building scalable teams, key-account management and creating in-roads into difficult accounts through innovative strategies.
Education: Mechanical Engineering graduate from Pune University, an M.S. from BITS Pilani and a PGDFM (Finance) from Symbiosis. He is also a visiting faculty at reputed B-schools for software engineering, testing and project management.
Avinash Gavande
Advisor
Avinash has over 24 years of experience in corporate finance across diverse areas — equity and debt syndication, trade finance, structured mobilisation, FCCB, ECB, project finance, PE, angel and venture funding. A successful entrepreneur and member of MCCIA and the SME Chamber, he is actively involved in angel, PE and VC circles, and his understanding of global finance is well respected in the fraternity.
Education: Master's Degree in Finance from Mumbai University. He is also a Six Sigma professional — a rare combination.

It runs the real stages of an admission cycle — a visual form builder, layered category-wise fees, gateway payments with reconciled receipts, hall tickets, online exams, an applicant console with Excel export and per-institute isolation — as first-class parts of the product. Every action is recorded, so you can trace what changed, when and by whom.
Who is ePravesh built for?
Schools, colleges, universities and coaching institutes across India, plus corporate teams running closed, roster-gated programmes. It is India-first by design: category-wise fees, Indian payment gateways, India address handling and mobile-first applicants, because most candidates apply from a phone.
