What the dashboard shows

Spot the leaking stage before the deadline.

Counts and funnel stages you can act on, scoped to what each admin may see. Figures below are examples.

Applications

Started, submitted, drafts

Started, submitted and still-in-draft counts across each course.

Payments

Paid vs pending

Paid against submitted-but-unpaid, so you know where fee follow-up is needed.

Funnel

Where candidates drop off

Watch the start → submit → pay funnel live and spot the leaking stage before the deadline.

Institute filter

Super-admin roll-up

Filter the dashboard by institute to compare cycles or drill into one campus.

Multi-tenant

Scoped to your data

Institute-admins see only their own numbers — scoping enforced server-side, no cross-tenant leakage.

Validation

Configuration checks

Built-in validation flags setup gaps — like a course with no fee or exam mapping.

Pair it with the AI Counseling Suite.

Add the WhatsApp, chat, voice and email agents — they re-engage stalled drafts and unpaid submissions at scale, so the numbers move. See the Suite →

Analytics are native to the Admission Engine. Figures here are illustrative examples, not guaranteed metrics. Data visibility is scoped per tenant. AI counseling agents are an optional add-on.

FAQ

What leadership asks about admission numbers.

What does the analytics dashboard actually track?

Applications and payments, and the funnel between them. You see started, submitted and still-in-draft counts across each course, paid against submitted-but-unpaid, and the start → submit → pay funnel live. That is enough to spot the leaking stage while you can still act on it, rather than after the deadline has passed.

Are the numbers shown on this page real?

No — the figures in the dashboard preview above are illustrative examples, not guaranteed metrics or a benchmark you should plan against. Your own dashboard reflects your own cohort. What the examples show is the shape of the report: the counts, the funnel stages and the filter, not the results you will get.

Can an institute-admin see another institute's data?

No. Institute-admins see only their own numbers, and the scoping is enforced server-side rather than by hiding a filter in the interface, so there is no cross-tenant leakage. Super-admins can filter the dashboard by institute to roll up across a group, compare cycles or drill into one campus.

Do we need to configure anything to get the dashboard?

No setup required. Every application and payment event is recorded as it happens, scoped by institute automatically, and the funnel and counts land on your dashboard ready to read. Built-in validation also flags setup gaps from the same screen — a course with no fee configured, or one with no exam mapping.

Is analytics part of the core platform?

Yes — analytics are native to the Admission Engine, included rather than licensed separately. The AI Counseling Suite is the optional add-on that acts on what the dashboard tells you, re-engaging stalled drafts and unpaid submissions at a scale a small admissions team cannot chase by phone.
