Dynamic Excel export

Export exactly what you filtered — columns and all.

Standard columns plus every dynamic form field, in a file named for the filter that produced it.

What lands in the file

  • Fixed columns — candidate, course, status, dates, application number.
  • Every dynamic form field for that course, as its own column.
  • Payment and coupon details reconciled per application.
  • Filename reflects the active filter.

Built for real admission work

  • Export the paid-only set for finance, the draft set for follow-up.
  • Structured, server-validated data — no duplicate noise.
  • Re-run any time; it always matches current records.
  • Clean columns for university returns or internal reporting.
Correction requests

Let candidates fix mistakes — under your control.

Candidates request corrections before the deadline; nothing changes until an admin decides.

Request

Candidate raises an edit-request

A candidate flags the correction before the deadline; it lands in your console as a filterable queue.Configurable

Decision

Admin approves or rejects

Approve or reject with a full audit trail and candidate email — approval re-opens the application to edit and resubmit.Configurable

Default

On out of the box

Edit-requests are on by default; switch off per institute if you don't allow post-submission corrections.Configurable

Pair it with the AI Counseling Suite.

Add the WhatsApp, chat, voice and email agents: "how do I fix my form?" and "what's my status?" get instant answers, drafts get nudged to submit, and your team only handles approvals. See the Suite →

The console, PDF downloads and Excel export are native to the Admission Engine. The edit-request workflow is configurable (on by default), switchable per institute. AI counseling agents are an optional add-on.

FAQ

What admission offices ask about the console.

How do I find one applicant among thousands?

Search by name, email or application number to jump straight to the record. To scope a set instead of one candidate, combine filters — status, course, archived records or pending edit-requests — and the console narrows thousands of rows in seconds. Opening any result shows the full form data, every uploaded file and the payment breakdown on one screen.

Can an applicant fix a mistake after submitting?

Yes, but only if you approve it. The candidate raises an edit-request before the deadline and it lands in your console as a filterable queue; an admin approves or rejects it with a full audit trail and a candidate email. Approval re-opens the application for editing and resubmission. Edit-requests are configurable and on by default — switch them off per institute if you don't allow post-submission corrections.

Can we re-open an application ourselves?

Yes — your team can re-open a submitted application for correction directly from the console, without waiting for the candidate to ask. The console tracks every re-open count, so a record that has been reworked repeatedly is visible rather than hidden. Nothing about the earlier submission is lost.

What does the Excel export actually contain?

Exactly what you filtered. The file carries fixed columns — candidate, course, status, dates, application number — plus every dynamic form field for that course as its own column, with payment and coupon details reconciled per application. The filename reflects the active filter, so a paid-only pull for finance and a draft pull for follow-up don't get mixed up on someone's desktop.

What happens when we archive an applicant?

Nothing is destroyed. Archive and unarchive work in bulk and simply move records out of your working view, with every action logging who did it and when. That means a cleanup before the next cycle is reversible, and there is no delete button waiting to lose a candidate's file.

Is the applicant console part of the core engine?

Yes — the console, the PDF downloads and the Excel export are native to the Admission Engine, with the edit-request workflow configurable on top. The AI Counseling Suite is the optional add-on: agents that answer "how do I fix my form?" and "what's my status?" so your team only handles the approvals.
