About CCC Exam
CCC Certificate Examination is conducted to assess computer knowledge of the user in the government offices in various areas including Operating System and Office Tools, MS Office, internet and technology, email, LAN/ WAN networking concepts, usage of folder/ files, troubleshooting etc. This examination is certified by the government and is conducted through authorized channels such as government universities. The syllabus for the CCC examination is fixed by the government and examinations to be carried out related to the syllabus only. The CCC examination is divided in to 2 parts. 1. Theory examination which contains 50 questions of MCQ type and is of 60 mins duration and practical examination of 50 marks with 90 minutes duration. In the practical examination the student has to show practically use of MS word, display use of formulas in Excel, create power point presentation, Draft an Email, Schedule meetings in outlook, Create file & folder etc.

GUIDELINES FOR THE CANDIDATES FOR ON LINE EXAMINATION FOR CCC COURSE
Online examination is conducted for testing the students for the CCC Course. It is
an Online Examination system, fully computerized, user friendly having advanced security features making it fair, transparent and standardized.
A. General information:
a) The Duration of theory examination is 60 minutes which contains 50 questions of MCQ type
ii) The duration of practical examination is 90 minutes in which candidate have to show practically his ability to use MS word, Excel, power point, Email, Outlook.
iii) The Subjects or topics covered in the exam will be as per the directives of Gujarat Government.
iv) There will be NO NEGATIVE MARKING for the wrong answers.
v) Only Gujarat Government employees can appear for this examination and their promotion will take place only if the candidate has cleared the CCC examination. This examination is necessary for all Gujarat Government employees even class IV employees of all departments.
