Setup & Implementation
How long does it take to set up?

Do I need technical expertise?
No. ePravesh is designed for admission staff, not IT teams. The drag-and-drop form builder and admin dashboard are visual and intuitive.
Can it be customized for my institution?

How does online fee payment work?
ePravesh integrates with Razorpay to accept fees via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Payments are PCI DSS compliant with automatic receipt generation.
Can it handle merit lists with reservations?
Yes — configurable merit criteria (academic marks, entrance scores, weighted combinations) and reservation quotas (General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, PwD, Defence, Management, NRI, Sports) as per government regulations.
Does it support entrance exam management?
Yes — from registration and hall ticket generation to exam scheduling, result processing, and merit list integration.
Can we send notifications via WhatsApp?
