You can submit online application using ePravesh®. After your application is confirmed by the institute you would be able to download it in the form of PDF file for your reference.You can also keep track of your incomplete application to be submitted before last date of submission.
Student can apply to as many courses as student wish. It depends on type of institute student want to apply and courses available for application.
You will receive admission alerts and course deadline alerts through email and SMS. You can also select optional topics including private course, professional certification, coaching institutions, education happenings etc to receive alerts and information through email and sms.

Institute admission committee would help you to resolve your queries. Answer to your queries would be emailed to your email address.

Once your online application is accepted by the institute, you will receive automated email and sms about confirmation of it.
You can take printout of your online application by logging on the ePravesh.com. History of all the applications made by you is saved on the site. You can check history of application with details on ePravesh.com
Steps to create a unique FREE profile on site are as follows:

Following are the steps to edit a form:

  • Login to site
  • Go to Draft menu
  • Click on "Form Edit Request" Link to send Request to edit Your Form after the form submission

  • Click on "Complete Now" link to edit and Submit your form to make the changes happen
Steps to fill incomplete form are as follows:
  • Visit ePravesh® website
  • Login to site
  • Go to Drafts Menu (visible after login)
  • Click on “Complete Now” link
  • Edit

  • Fill the form completely and Click on Submit button to submit it
Following are the steps to upload the Photograph/Signature/Document on the site:
  • Visit ePravesh® website
  • Login to with valid username and password
  • Click on Add Photo
  • Edit

  • Max Photo/Signature Size : Maximum Photo/Sign size is 1 MB. So Please upload photo/sign with Max size of 1 MB and Photo/Sign dimension should be less than W400*H400.
  • Replace Existing Photo/Signature: In case if you want to update existing uploaded photo/sign then you can upload new photo/signature which will replace existing photo/signature.
  • Click on Choose File button to search the photo/signature location present in the computer

  • Click on Upload button to upload the photo/signature image
  • - Please make sure that you have created two separate images for photograph and the signature wherever its needed
    - Signature below the photo in scan copy not acceptable
    - Ideally it should be a scanned copy of passport size photograph which will recognize the user face correctly

  • Login to site
  • Click on Submitted Applications menu(Visible after Login)
  • Click on “View Application” which will open the submitted form report in the form of .PDF file
  • Once the report will get open on screen, Click on “Print” link present at the top of report

Following are the steps by which you will come to know that in which state your form is currently in:
  • Visit ePravesh® website
  • Login to site with valid username and password
  • Click on Drafts menu(Visible after Login)
  • If the Application Status is “Submitted” and the Payment Status is “In Process” ,then you should wait till your form and the payment is approved by the Institute/College
  • - You will receive the confirmation via Email/SMS for the same
    - Keep on checking your Email Account to avoid the inconvenience

    When the institute will approve your Form along with the Payment, then the same form entry will be present in Submitted Application tab.

There are 2 ways to make payment
Demand Draft Payment: You can get the demand draft from any bank equivalent to application form fees in favor of Education Institute. You can enter all the details of the demand draft in online application form. After your demand draft is received by the institute, you will get an email of its confirmation.
Online Payment: Our services are integrated with authentic payment gateway system so it supports online net banking, credit card payment, mobile payment and debit card payment. You can pay for the respective course using this facility.
You can make payment of the application form fee using Demand draft. Please read the course payment related section of the institute. And get the demand draft of defined amount. You can enter all the details of demand draft on ePravesh.com.
After your demand draft reaches institute, your online application form would be accepted. Then you can submit duly filled application form of the institute.
You can use debit/credit card or netbanking for online payment. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will get detailed email of its confirmation. It will also be reflected on the site against your online course application.
Generally you will receive online payment confirmation of the payment through email and sms. if there is any error during online payment processing on the bank/credit card gateway then amount will be refunded to your account in 2-3 working days period.

Steps to the payment by Demand Draft (DD) are as follows:
Before entering the DD details, make sure that you are ready with the DD of defined amount
  • Visit ePravesh® website
  • Login to site
  • Fill the Application form and Click on Submit button
  • Edit
  • Select your payment option As Demand Draft Payment
  • Edit
  • Enter the following DD details in the respective fields:
  • 1. Bank Name
    2. Branch Name
    3. DD Number
    4. DD Date
  • Click on Submit button to submit the DD details and complete the Payment transaction for the selected course
  • You will receive email/SMS about your payment approval
For any type of Payment Transaction (e.g. Net Banking/Credit-Debit Card/Payment by Demand Draft/Cash Payment) following are the steps to get the receipt:
  • Visit ePravesh® website
  • Login to site with valid username and password
  • Click on Payment History menu(Visible after Login)
  • - Here you will find all the payment information
  • Click on “Receipt” link which will generate the System Generated receipt in separate Browser tab

Steps for Challan Payment are as follows:
Before entering the Challan details, make sure that you are ready with the Challan of defined amount
  • Visit ePravesh® website
  • Login to site with valid username and password
  • Fill the Application form and Click on Submit button to proceed with the Payment Process
  • While doing the Payment, select Payment option as “Challan”
  • Edit

  • Enter the following Challan details in the respective fields:
  • 1. Bank Name
    2. Challan Number/Transaction ID
    3. Challan Date
    4. Challan Amount
  • Click on Submit button to submit the Challan details and complete the Payment transaction for the selected course
  • You will receive email/SMS about your payment approval

Refund Policy for each payment is associated with individual institute policy of refund of Application Fee or Application Form Fee.If you have filled admisison form of institute and looking for the refund then please note that refund of money is not possible as admission form fee paid during online form filling is non refundable.
