AEME was founded by Mr.Christy Paul & Anand K Nair, a professional with vast experience in education and the Corporate sectors, with a view to helping people attain greater heights in their professional lives by exploring, identifying and developing their inner talents through self-awareness and self-realization oriented corporate training programs.
The current trend towards lean organizations emphasizes the demand for effective and sustained business training focused on enhancing skills and competencies to facilitate excellence in key result areas. That is exactly what AEME provides: Good quality effective training programs focused on improving personal and business performance.
In association with Vasavi Educational Trust, AEME has launched leadership and management programs for executives and professionals, and has future plans in place. The AEME is an initiative of Rosalind Education and Research Trust.

AEME offers full time and part time Leadership program along with MBA degree
The program is academic, exploratory and experiential. It begins with a journey of discovering one's ‘powers within' and continues to help in discovering true leadership potential. It culminates in the understanding of practical Corporate Leadership and management success.
Approach
Developing qualities through self awareness and self discovery using various methodologies that provide a platform for students to apply, test and modify the concepts, framework, tools and techniques to real life situations, develop their skills in inter-personal communication, teamwork and organizational leadership.
Mentoring and monitoring of students' development by experienced faculty. In the process, effective communication, presentation, team building, assertiveness and problem solving, technical skills with emotional intelligence and cognitive abilities required to be a leader are developed.
Scholarships
