With its exemplary record of providing the Best in IT Training to corporate and professionals, Vinsys has garnered strong associations with the technology leaders viz. IBM, Microsoft, C-DAC, Prometric, Project Management and Ladegaard. Project Management is one of the key subjects, which will be taught across three semesters. To further enhance the employability of SSIB students, academic collaboration for additional ‘Certificate in Project Management’ is entered with VINSYS.
About SAMVIT
SAMVIT School of Infrastructure Business (SSIB) has been conceptualized and established by Dr. Arun Mudbidri, Former Director of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM).
Dr. Arun Mudbidri is a distinguished Educationalist in the field of Executive Talent Development.
SSIB through its Full Time & Part Time programmes is meeting the managerial talent needs of the infrastructure industry through disciplines viz. Marketing, Finance, Human Resource and Project Management.
Infrastructure Business is requiring massive investments on one hand and on the other it is facing acute shortage of well qualified managers to manage the exploding growth of infrastructure sector.
SSIB’s academic programmes are designed in full consultation with industry experts, so that the students are taught not only theory but also industry relevant applied knowledge. Furthermore, academic programmes are designed to develop the skill sets which are equally essential to be successful in the infrastructure business.
Towards this SSIB has supplemented the classroom teaching with field based assignments.
The first assignment is of introductory nature, while the second is of advanced level of 3 months duration.
IT systems are used by all companies. Therefore all widely used project management software, ERP applications are taught in-depth with high emphasis on practice in Institute’s full equipped IT lab.
Institute has partnered with CIDC to offer wide range of programmes meeting the talent needs of the infrastructure industry at various hierarchies. SSIB has collaborated with Steinbeis University, Berlin (Germany), VINSYS IT Services (I) Pvt Ltd, TÜV Rheinland Group, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). SSIB has recently applied for MBA degree status to Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi.
It can be seen from above that, SSIB has a very holistic approach of providing academic development to entry level students, working professionals, management development & consultancy.
In a very short span of one year, we can see from above that SSIB has laid down a complete ground work through excellent physical infrastructure & academic collaboration with renowned institutions to keep pace with the talent requirement of the industry.
To sum up, SSIB will provide a capacity and competency development to the graduates in order to make them ready for the professional positions in the infrastructure business.
