Team-Based Work Culture (TBWC) is a powerful tool to develop employees at all

The basic concept behind a Team-Based Work Culture is very simple: People
working together in teams can accomplish far more than people working in isolated
silos or being constantly directed by the leaders to produce results. Empowered

But just conducting training and taking participants through an adventure is not
where change begins or ends. Every three-six months we review. The review
process, starts by assessing the overall progress-to-date, and the effectiveness of
the behavioral training methods in achieving the goals set.

Experiential Learning:
Experiential learning / training method seeks to move away from the chalk and talk, learnby-
rote methods of traditional education. Experiential learning is based on three
assumptions:
- That people learn best when personally involved in the learning experience.
- That knowledge to be truly meaningful has to be discovered by the individual.
- That people are more committed to learning when they are an integral part of
the learning process rather than mere passive participants.
